Chiefs sign free agent OT Eric Winston (Yahoo! Sports)

The Kansas City Chiefs agreed to contracts with veteran offensive tackle Eric Winston and quarterback Brady Quinn on Saturday. Winston was released by the Houston Texas on Monday in a surprising move that saved the team about $4.5 million against the salary cap. He had started every game he played in over the past five seasons at right tackle.
